Transport in Malacca

Most travellers coming from outside Malaysia will fly into Kuala Lumpur's large international airport. Malacca is accessible from the capital city's main bus and train terminals, while car hire is a great option affording you freedom of movement to explore. Bus routes run throughout Malacca and into the surrounding regions. Inside the city, walking is by far the best option, one that allows you to see all of the sites at a leisurely pace.
