Serfaus Ski Resort Guide
About the Resort
This is an attractive and friendly village with traditional chalet style buildings set on a sunny slope. It is largely traffic free with an underground railyway running from end to end. Its visitors are mostly German family groups.
About the Mountains near Serfaus
Both the village and mid station nursery slopes are good with a lot of room for progression. Most of the slops in both of the sectors of this resort are above tree line and there is extensive snow making to make up for the resorts low altitude. The expert will have to make do with a few black runs and unused off piste areas whilst the intermediate will be much happier with the predominance of red runs.
Après Ski at Serfaus
The apre ski in this resort reflects the family nature of Serfaus and there is little in the way of riotous evenings spent dancing on tables.
