Pre-existing Medical Conditions FAQ's
How will I know if I have an existing medical condition?
During the quote process you will be asked some basic medical questions and depending on your answers you may then be directed to the online medical screening process where you can enter the condition or conditions that you have.
What is medical screening?
Medical screening is a series of simple questions that will determine what conditions you have and then what travel insurance cover we may be able to offer you for your medical condition whilst you're away on holiday.
if you need more help or would prefer to go through mediacl screening on the phone then just call us and we’ll be happy to give you a quote over the phone.
What should I do if my medical situation changes?
If your medical situation changes at any point after the purchase of your single trip or annual travel policy you must call to inform us of this change in health to ensure you are fully covered for your trip.
What happens if you can't cover my particular condition?
If you require cover for a more serious medical condition that we can't cover, MoneyHelper may be able to help in finding you a specialist travel insurance through their medical directory. If you wish to get in touch with them you can call them on 0800 1387777 or find them online here, (Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00).
