Switzerland Ski Resort Guide for Lenzerheide
Lenzerheide Ski Resort Guide
About the Resort
This resort is set around a lake in an extensive area of intermediate slopes. It is a sprawling village with a good smattering of comfortable hotels, it does have a minor road running through its centre. The resort becomes a bit more lively during the weekend when it plays host to additional visitors.
About the Mountains near Lenzerheide
The slope areas weave through two side of the valley and are served by a bus. There is further interlinking within each sector which makes a circuit more viable. The east facing slopes are fairly smooth with the west facing ones being more of a challenge to the experienced skier who can then go on to the back of the peak of Rothorn which is reached by a cable car.
Après Ski at Lenzerheide
The resort is not the biggest or most lively and the apre ski reflects this. There are plenty of mountain restaurants to try.
